Awesome bag. Great, well structured compartments in the large pocket and front pocket. Comfortable shoulder strap, with the convenience of side switching, and of course I love the seatbelt buckle! The briefcase style handle is also very useful. Reflective panel works very well.

Three improvements I would make to the bag:

- Key clip in the front pocket. The plastic ring feels cheap, and ready to break at any time - not in keeping with the rest of the bag. A mini-seatbelt clip, or a carabiner would be more useful here. I'll be making one of these two upgrades when the plastic ring breaks.

- 2x cargo straps. Could these be made removable? (perhaps like the underarm strap?). Fastening on the lower loops leaves trailing straps, and fastening to the top loops impacts entry to the front pocket. Removable means they wouldn't get in the way when not needed, and could be applied when required.

- Underarm strap. I add/remove this often when I'm switching between on and off bike use. I find the open clip/loop mechanism unnecessary fiddly. Could there be a clip (perhaps similar to the other end of the underarm strap) that gets used instead? (a similar case could be made on the cargo straps).

I understand these changes could add cost to the bag, though it could make an already awesome bag that little bit better! Cheers.
